To get a medal tu just have to keep on contributing to the club. I find encuestas and imágenes to be the easiest way. Maybe write a few artículos as well. I recently got my first medal. I'll give tu a little tip as well. First go your perfil and click on más clubes tu should reach a section called My Clubs. There should an option that says Sort by. Click the option that says Highest Medal. I'm guessing tu don't have a medal, but that's okay because even if tu don't have a medal it will mostrar tu the clubes that tu are closest to getting a medal. And that's how I got my medal. Once I saw which club was the first one on the Highest Medal lista I just kept on contributing until I got the medal and it was fairly quick. Don't expect to get it in just one day, but I won't say it's impossible it kind of just depends how much tu contributed already. Hope this helps and good luck!

All tu need to know is that if tu keep on contributing great stuff to the club, tu will be rewarded accordingly. Think of it like getting that bonus present under the navidad árbol that tu weren’t expecting from Santa. It's that much sweeter when tu get a surprise
