What do I wear for running clothes?!?!

Camo and a nice wig. It worked for me...course, i'm in JROTC...soooo.

Shorts, either a tank parte superior, arriba o t-shirt, and (obviously) running shoes.

If it's cold outside, wear track pants and a wind-proof chaqueta (zipped up). If tu want to, tu can hear a beanie o hat too.

If you've got the money, buy a track suit.

A track suit is ideal.
Sweatpants/running shorts and a loose fitting tee are also options.
But make sure your shoes are running shoes. Other shoes can hurt your feet.

Pfffft why do tu need clothes to run?
