My friend needs help!!

OK so today my friend walks up to me and says her bestie is ignoring he.I asked her why and she told me she doesn't know.She dicho that this has been going on for a week and she tried to talk to her but she just keeps ignoring her!!
She even showed me!She walked up to her and asked her a pregunta and she ignored her like she asn't freakin there and continued talking to a DIFFERENT girl!I just told her she should just leave her alone until she shows a sign of wanting to be bothered but she then dicho she did that and it didn't work!I don't know what else to tell her.
I don't want her to lose her best friend all of a sudden,and it's más annoying than tu might think.Advice????

actually...it got worse on friday.she started crying during science because her friend was being mean AND still ignoring her.by the end of the día things werent better at all.conclusion:this whole fight is ridiculous.i think they should just freakin make up again.
