Last sunday I ordered two cine from buyanimemovie.com. I've been tracking my order everyday and it always says that my order is processing. I tried asking about this at their correo electrónico a few days hace but they never messaged me back.

Is it normal for orders to be processed for this long? Is there another way to cancelar an order without emailing the people who run the site?
