Does anyone know if tu can run a fever while getting your wisdom teeth in?

They number in four, and are in the very back. People usually get them when they're teenagers o something; I still haven't gotten mine, however. Most of the time people get them taken out, but in some cases, surgery isn't needed. And my hygienist even told me that some people don't even get them.
