Can doctors test for cancer without taking your blood?

I recently read about ovarian cancer and I'm worried I might have it because I always get a pain in that general area - but I'm terrified of needles so if it came down to it, I'd not have it checked so please if there is another way I'd appreciate being told :)

IFKR?!? Aichmophobia (is that the right spelling? (fear of needles)) is horrible, cos I always cry at hav vaccines at school, so getting my blood tested would just... Idk but it's a thicker needle, so I wouldnt be happy!!! Sorry I'm blabbering lol

My great grandmother died of that type when I was 6 months old, so I'm not sure how they found her's. Hope this helps :)

well, i just asked my mam (she got cancer so she knows) and she dicho there were loads of ways, but i cant remember them and shes gone out shopping (damn my memory!!!) so dont worry!!!
