Do tu like my drawing?

It's good. The shading is excellent, and tu made the right choice adding some strands of hair sticking out at the side of the person's head. It makes it look slightly más realistic. But I have a few suggestions. Do the same with the fringe-add some loose strands. And tu should consider adding fine lines along the person's hair for detail. Oh yeah, and if tu are going for an anime-style character, please make the neck thinner. That's all. Good luck. ^^
