For pain tu can try willow bark (come in pills o powder from health comida stores) For flu/colds - limón stew, boil 5 lemons cut in half in water, allow to cool, pescado lemons out, scoop out inside of limón and put the rind for other use (compost heap is best) tie in muslin, simmer in water again, add cinnamon, sugar o honey (whichever tu prefer) and simmer until boiling. If tu like lumps, untie muslin and allow the limón to fall into stew, if tu like it smooth, dispose of limón bits appropriately. Drink while warm. it's seguro to freeze and defrost in the microwave for later use too :) If you're alway sick i suggest boosting your immune systmer, healthy eating, regular excersise and taking vitamins each día will keep the doctor away so they say XD. Cod liver oil (which i mash up and mix with gachas de avena and honey for breakfast, eating at least one orange, manzana, apple o bananna a day, and if your vegan/vegetarien, green vegetavbles. Spinach, broccoli, beans etc. All can boost your immune system.
