Help with iTunes please...

Ok so My laptop is broken and i have all my songs stored there.If I download itunes to another pc and add some extra songs in m itunes biblioteca will the old ones be deleted because they are not on the pc after I sync? o the new ones will be added and my biblioteca will be left intact?
