I need advice...

There's this guy I REALLY, REALLY like. I've loved him for two years. We went out together, and he left me 'cause he thought I loved somebody else. He's dating this girl now, but it isn't turning out right between them. He started texting me about two weeks ago. At first, I was sure he just wanted to have some advice, o just be my friend, but now he's sending me hearts at the end of some of his texts. I don't want to be heartbroken again. I really amor him, and I just can't let go. Is he flirting with me o does he like me ? If tu think I should let go, could tu tell me how ?
