Does this annoy anyone else?

When a fanpopper (like 90% of them) will watch a video o view a picture but NOT RATE IT! Ratings are practically the only way to win medallas on spots. If the person takes the time to subir it, then the person viewing it should take the time to rate it!

Ugh, sorry :] Just had to vent.
