is it just me o does the boss from a dungeon in WoW sound high?

me : * fighting boss in dungeon *

boss : explosions! explosions! i need más explosions! gotta have más explosions!

me : * turns to face group and says in party chat * damn he sounds high O___o

guy in my guild : lol i know O___O
