Do tu amor o hate your first name?

My first name is Marisa. No one calls me that unless that person is related to me o has known me for a long time. Everyone calls me Missy (yes I know, it's usually short for Melissa, but I'm the exception not the rule) Anyone else hate being called por their first name? Anyone absolutely amor their first name? Wish your name was something else?

Another person who spells their name differently! I have the problem with my name, but not so much the pronunciation, because they can pronounce it the way it looks o Mareesa, I don't care. But anyway, I feel for you, cause I have the same problem!

Haha, I have that problem too. Most people wanna spell it as Marissa o Marisa, and I'm like, no, it's one r, one s. Another reason to go por Missy, easier to spell!

My name is often mispelled too. It's Lori, but they want to spell it Lorrie o Laurie, (which doesn't make any sense at all.) :) But I like your name. Unique.

I mean, it's ok, but everyone has always called me Missy, so I guess I prefer that. Everyone loves my name though (well not everyone) BTW, thx for the compliment!

Well,it's spelled Kirstyn. the i and r sound like you're saying"ear"and the styn sounds like "sten"...So Kirstyn.>:D
