Listen to some música o stand in the middle of your bedroom and pretend you're kicking someone's butt. tu think I'm joking and are laughing at the image, but I tell you, it works great!!! Just don't do what I did and break toes on your dresser.
what works for me is finding a place like a refuge and get all the anger o feelings out. I've had a place since i was a kid in the woods since we live close to a forest. It's actually a gap in the árbol but i used to fit myself into it for hide and seek (nobody found me :D) anyway I still find it comforting to be surrounded por green trees and soft bird voices...what tu have to do is find that place for tu and get your mind go completely blank...thinking of absolutely nothing works the best
