What/Who came first?

The egg.

Dinosaurs, other reptiles, amphibians, fish, and the earliest birds all came before chickens, and they all laid eggs.

However, if we're speaking in terms of just chicken eggs, then neither came first. There was no "first chicken" o "first egg"; the birds evolved over time. So therefore, tu cannot define which one came first.

As I see it, millions of years hace two different creatures mated and created a different kind of egg. That egg then hatched and became a chicken. Therefore, the egg came before the chicken.
