But that look that Jesse gave, he must still have some feelings for her. He even admitted he did love her :}

I think Jesse just went along with what Vocal Adrenaline told him to do because he is heading off to college so he doesn't think the relationship with Rachel would last through that anyways, and they may never see each other again.
But hopefully one day he'll realize what a mistake he made and he'll go back to Lima to see Rachel. :}
