Help Me Please!!

I have been signed up for pottermore now for a while and no matter what I do I can get in and it keeps saying my nombre de usuario and contraseña don't match up. I don't know what to try because I have made sure my contraseña is the right one and i have even changed to be absolutely sure I have the right contraseña but it still won't let me in!

There's an option there for such cases. Click on the bit which says you've forgotten your password, and tu get emailed a link to let tu set a new password.

Then I suggest tu drop that account and sign up for another one. There is probably a problem with that first account and no matter what tu try it will not work ever again. I had one and tried so I just got another account.
