Do tu have to have ID to get your belly botton pierced?

I want to get my bellybotton pierced for my 18th b-day but on all the websites i looked at they say tu have to have a state issued ID.

It usually depends on where tu live. Here in Australia tu need to be 18 o over to get a piercing without any perental consent and also need to have an ID as most places will ask for ID if tu look under 18.
I got my belly button pierced at 16 with perental consent but needed ID when I got my nose pierced.
