Is this the estrella to Neverland I noticed it shining outside my window and it seems brighter than all the stars ?

If it shined in different colours then it could have been it. I'm not really sure which estrella is the neverland estrella the only thing i know is that it is the brightest one and it blinks in different colours and when tu get the magical/happy feeling if tu look at it then it mabye o surely is it.
