Just wondering?

It's been proven that everyone you've seen in your dreams, at some point tu will have seen them in your life. Could this be the same thing that could happen and we see him in our dreams as our brains recognise him from possible anterior neverland visits in the past? We might not be able to remember him as he's a past memory and comes back to us when we're asleep. I was just sitting on my cama then this came to mind so thought I would share it as it could be possible
