Is it astral travel?

Adding on to what OneMoreBeliever said, sometimes going to Neverland can feel like a dream, but some signs that tu may have physically gone are:
Feeling sore/achy
Finding things from Nature around your room randomly, such as leaves
Unopened windows that weren't open when tu went to bed

tu actually do both. When tu go in your dreams its astral, but when tu go FOR REAL it is physical :)
