Friendly female crow?

Ok so today when i went outside there was this female cuervo that i guess kinda trusted my family and me and she flew around our house and such and of course crowed and it even flew on my arm. My grandfather says it belongs to one of the neighbours but it has never flew around my house and such. Did mybe peter tell her to do that?
