Oh you aren't much of a celebrity, Cosmo! Anyway, Rico talks now and again so I guess this naswer fits best.

Rico has a scar on his beak... that could have somthing to do with it. Ha! Maybe the dentist screwed up.

He's more of the strong, silent type.

My theory: He has the vocal chords for it, but his brain and his mouth don't quite connect properly. Thus, in Rodger dodger, when Rico and Rodger switched minds, rodger could communicate whislt in Rico's body, disproving the theory of the damaged vocal chords.

It's most likely the weapons or some injury since he really gives it his all when he tries to communicate. If he could actually talk, I don't think he'd keep it bottled in. XD

I have a theory that a firecracker exploded in his mouth when he was young, ruining his vocal chords and giving him the scar.

I agree with Jedi. I was thinking that when I was watching the video where Rico sings Fireflys.

I picked the weapons, because all that regurgitating can't be good. But, I think it's a mixture of both.

XD its probably that since theres probably like knives and swords in there, they probably ruptured his vocal coards... Thats my guess.

well... remember in "penguiners takes all" Rico had nothing left in him and he still talked Jiberish! XD

Don't forget about the episode Herring Impaired. Rico said lots of things in that episode like, "Are you kiddin' me?" or "Yeah yeah yeah, you go ahead. Suckers." Maybe he doesn't know how to use language that well or doesn't like to talk or something.

Neither, It's a side affect of his insanity, He can sing "fish" just fine, I think.

Actually,i think his voice was ruined in a fight.

He sort of speaks Gibberish, which apparently is a real language, people just spread rumours that it isn't.

I know why I can't talk....I don't like to talk about it though......

He actually can talk but he looks he have difficult to speak well,i always thought he suffered an injury with a grenade shrapnel for accident.
