Damion's eyes were as wide as his jaw that had dropped in terror. His tight gripp loosened until Private fell to the icy ground.
D: "Dad! Dad!"
Damion fled like a coward, but Private couldn't blame him. Jeff raced up and they both ran for their lives.
A: "Private, are tu okay?!"
She pushed through the paniced crowd to Private, but she still couldn't reach him. All she could do was watch in terror as he laid on the ground getting trampled por the absentminded, frightened crowd.
S: "Private?! Private?!"
Private got on his flippers, but struggled to get to his feet. Then he heard her angelic voice, and everything stopped.
A: "Private!"
He instaneously gained his strength and got to his feet.
P: "Alex, I'm okay!"
Kendal grasped Alex's flipper and pulled her away.
P: "Skippah! Skippah! Where are you?"
Soon Skipper and Private were the only ones.
S: "Private, run! Run as fast as tu can! Don't look back!"
Private hustled with Skipper not far behind. Private didn't stop. Skipper sprinted as fast as he could. Then bang!
Private reached the cave in a matter of time.
P: "We made it, Skippah! Skippah?"
Private gasped in horror. Suddenly he sprinted out of the cave.
Skipper laid gasping in agony with his ankle bleeding out a waterfall of blood. His stomach had also been pentrated por a bullet. Private rushed over.
P: "Skippah, come on. tu have to get up!"
Tears filled the horrified penuin's eyes.
S: "Private, get away. tu don't want to end up like this, son. I amor you."
P: "No, Skippah I'm not leaving tu here so they can kill you!"
S: "I'm not going to loose you, again! tu have to go."
P: "I'm planning on it."
S: "Wha?"
Private hoisted Skipper onto his back, as he trudged back to the cave.
When Private laid Skipper on the bed, he covered him up. Skipper was unconcious due to loss of blood. Private grabbed a disinfectant lotion from the first aid, and rubbed it soothily on the wounds. He then wrapped up the wounds firmly. Skipper murmured in his sleep which caught Private's attention.
S: "I'm so sorry, Vanessa."
Private was puzzled, and wondered who Vanessa was. It sounded familiar like a person who had left him, but was still in his memory and heart.
Private pulled out the diary and began to read:
Dear Diary,
It is the día after the wedding. It was the best día of my life! Skipper was so romantic!I moved in with Skipper, and we're going to have two eggs.
Private flipped to the siguiente page:
Dear Diary,
When I got back from winter fishing, I came to realize that only one chick had survived. We agreed to name him...
S: "Private?"
P: "Skippah! You're alive!"
S: "Thanks to you, Private."
P: "It's not like tu wouldn't risk your life for me."
Skipper smiled, and Private wrapped his flippers around Skipper.
S: "We should probably stay in the cave for the rest of the night."
P: "Yes,"
S: "Well, I saw tu and Alex."
Private turned fours shades of red.
P: "And?"
S: "You like her, don't you."
P: "It doesn't matter anyway. Damion won't let me even talk to her."
S: "That's a shame, tu two would make a great couple."
Skipper began to laugh.
P: "What is it?"
S: "Did tu see the way he ran like a coward?"
Private joined in.
P: "Yeah,"
S: "Jeff has always been like that."
P: "The manzana, apple doesn't fall too far from the tree, right, Skippah."
S: "Right,"
P: "Can I ask tu an important question?"
S: "Shoot,"
P: "Who's Vanessa?"
A silence came over the room.
S: "She was a pingüino, pingüino de I used to know."
P: "Was she a friend?"
S: "Yes, and I think it's time for bed."
P: "Okay, goodnight, Skippah."
S: "Goodnight, Private."
Private watched as Skipper got up and limped to the entrance of the cave. He leaned his wounded body against the wall, and stared outside. There wasn't a segundo when Skipper stopped his stare to blink.
P: "Skippah, what are tu doing?"
S: "Just watching,"
P: "You should probably get some rest. I can take care of look out duty."
S: "Nah,"
P: "Well, I'll stay up with you."
Private gazed up at the starry night sky, that was lit with blazing stars.
P: "Skippah,"
S: "Yes, Private,"
P: "Do tu think my mum's up there with your father?"
S: "Yes, I do, Private."
A tear drizzled down Skipper's cheek.
P: "How did tu know my parents?"
S: "What?!"
P: "You came to the funeral remember? In the will it dicho tu would take care of me."
S: "Right, I was a good friend of your mother."
P: "I sure do miss her."
S: "I do too,"

TDH: this is a remake to the movie with the same title. The character's personalities may be somewhat altered to fit the characters from the movie. Please read and review. Rated T for sexuality and some language.
Narrator: This is a story of Boy meets Girl.
The boy, Kowalski, grew up thinking he'd never truly be happy until the día he met The One. This belief stands from early exposure to Skipper's hard training and being cooped up in his lab making recipes for disaster.
The girl, Summer, did not share this belief. Since the separation from her family, she only loved two things. The first was her long feathery hair. The segundo was how easily she could cut it off, and feel nothing.
Kowalski meets Summer on January 8th. He knows almost immediately, she is who he's been searching for.
This is a story of Boy meets Girl, but tu should know upfront, this is not a amor story.
