I Wanna Make Some POM música Videos!!!

I've recently heard from many people that tu can use Windows Movie Maker to make música videos por adding Video Clips and Songs.
So, let's get to the point...
If I use WMM, do I need to have a 'Camcorder' to record o take Clips from POM to do it?
o what if I don't use WMM, but a new Software called CyberLink Power Director, do I need to record Clips from a 'Camcorder' for this too?
I know tu need to have the POM Episodes on your PC first, but which Software does NOT need a Webcam o VCR to Record Clips?
Which Software is más Easy and Flexible to use?
