Very seriousness over here! (I think.)

because people see that the funniness of Skipper is usually aimed at Kowalski, thus leading them to believe that Kowalski is the funny one. and his intelligence can be questioned sometimes, which leads to humor and laughter.

That is very weird, but this is what I think:

Now this is the fangirl problem, he's the most datable. XD

Well, for Skipper, almost half of the girl population is into Skilene o Kitka o thinks he is still married, that probably leaves Skipper out of the picture. Which leaves más fangirls to the other characters. (Plus, he scares me a little)

And Kowalski is really funny...He shrieks in a high girlish voice, even though he has a very deep voice (Which girls seem to like, too).

He seems to be the sane one.

Ya know, besides Private. Private is just young, super sweet, thinks like a child, is into all that gooey-mooey-love-mush stuff. Which is why girls are not breaking down his door.

Unlike Kowalski, he's a bit of an adult, he's nice, and is very serious (Kinda like Skipper, a wink wink).

Rico...has a girlfriend. But since she's a doll, girls probably think he's single. :D But he slouches, he's a little fat, and dumb. (Although, people prefer him más then Julien. XD I don't blame 'em)

But Kowalski...is smart. And single. (Rwar!)

But right now, mosts of the Kowalski luvers population is based on Fangirls, come to think of it.

So if people would want to reduce the population of Kowalski fangirls, find unattractive pictures of him. XD

Which is hard. Because he looks good in a lot of them.

Ya I always wondered the same thing...To be honest I'm not sure why so many people amor him so much...to be honest(please dont kill me) Im not a very big Kowalski fan.I dont know there is just nothing about him that interests me.I think It might be because he has got a very common personanlity to so many other characters out there these day's...like every mostrar always has that "smart person" and im just starting to get sick of it.No offense to any of the Kowalksi fangirl's out there,this is just my opninion.But I amor Skipper Private and Rico hehe

Peer pressure. One o two fans said, "Wow, he has a really sexy voice!" Before tu knew it, Icicle made the "Who luvs Kowalski? I do, we all do!" foros and voila! tu have fangirls!

Why? Well. It's today percent of girls are in amor with the cute smart guy. (not the, just. normal guy :P)
The things that attract the fangirls: Kowalski has and is, whiny, smart, attractive, awkward, sarcastic, deep voice, tall, dark blue eyeballs:P, caring, crazy, dulces lover, has a pet jello,(YAY!)and also has the attitude of an older brother. :P And well I'm not sure. there is just someth'n that makes crazy gals fall for him. (But I like Private more! :D)
