I know a lot of people are going to say Brooke because Haley is to nice and Brooke fought of her attacker, but if you think about it Haley really hurts the people she fought with.

I see your point. Haley hurts more in physical way when she wants. Brooke is strong in words. But afterall I think Brooke would totally win.

Haley can bichslap but Brooke can definitely be more savage she prove it when she fight with Peyton (who is more brutal).

Brooke is strong but she's more stronger when it comes to her words rather than her fist. Haley can really bitch slap but then again so can Brooke. idk.... But remembering her fight with peyton at the lawn and her fight against her attacker...I think Brooke would win but we haven't really seen Haley fight besides using her words,bitch slapping and pushing people. Either way neither can withstand P.Sawyer Scott! :)

I think Brooke's only better with words. Okay, let's say she DOESN'T have a gun like in season 6...that'd be pretty rough xD And I really don't think she was that good in the Breyton fight in season 4...I mean...she lost xD And it didn't look that brutal to me.
But, although a lot of people think she's the kind and friendly person, Haley can be quite a bitch...which is NOT a bad thing at all xD I really love her when she's acting like a bitch xD I don't remember a moment right now when she actually LOST a fight...except against the cops ( : When she told Brooke she didn't like the wedding dress Brooke made for her in season 3 Haley really went off! Or the bitch slap against Renee where I thought: "Yay! Go, Haley!" (= So...physically she'd totally win. And I'm convinced Baley wouldn't just insult each other ^^

Brooke would win in an argument, because like poeple have said her words can kill, and Haley doesent really bitch. In a fight Brooke i think would fight till the end.
Did you see Brookes slap when she smacked Peyton at the end of season 3? -it was vicious :L
