Well, either way it depends. I'll welcome them as long as they're not one of those pesky fanpop users (rates nothing, uploads repeat picture and quiz questions, harrasses people for having a differing opinon, etc). But if you do none of those things, then I'll say welcome to you. lol

i welcome new comers on fanpop... becsue ive been one and so has evryone else, *duh*
but on the show haha that depends on why they are here and the reasons n stuff.

Some, like I really didn't like Anna when she came on the show and I never really did warm up to her, on the other hand I hated Rachel when she first came aboard but now I love her!!!

Yes to new comers on the show I mean you have to have them you just can't stick with the same people for seven years. Even if I don't like them they're unavoidable. As to new comers to fanpop sure why not as long as they're friendly and don't like to cause arguements about pointless things.
