Shaving points was bad and all but those drugs could have killed him...they almost did!!

they were both pretty stupid but the point shaving was worse because it could have cost Haley and Jamie their lives.

^^That's true but I look at it as he wasn't aware of the risk when he first shaved the points but he knew what the drugs could do to him from the beginning!

the drugs nearly killed him. Shaving points for money was really dumb, but he was trying to help his family. Almost killing yourself for fatherly recognition trumps shaving points to help your family.

Ya know ya'll keep saying Nate shaved the points for money but thats not how it happened Donte let him borrow some money then told him he had to shave the points or else...Nate didn't know thats what it would come down too!!

Shaving point doesn't really damage his health like drugs. But I agree, shaving points got them into far more trouble

Taking drugs...he "just" hurt hisself.

they almost killed his wife and his baby + Lucas kind of almost died because of it and Peyton had to cry again an so everybody else :P
