what episode was it that peyton paints the muro of lucas with his own rivercourt?

She`s talking about the muro of his room in S4 . There`s a mural of the Rivercourt on it . I don`t think that`s a painting though .

Well Im not sure which episode youre refering to, but when Lucas was in a coma Peyton wrote on the rivercourt in 1X14. And then again on the season 5 finale, 5X18.

I think she's talking about the muro in Lucas' room during season 4? But i believe that it isn't shown that Peyton's painting his room in one of the episodes.
