who created the peyton & haley spot?

I'm really not sure who created the spot, but if tu look back to the end it seems to be kimmy [leytonfan4ever] that has added all of the first content.
she never mentioned that she created the spot, it could be some misceláneo user, but kim is probably the best bet..
