I am not a lawyer and know no más about law then what I have seen on crime serials and read in old P.I. novels. However because this topic is still an area of much discussion both in our modern culture and más importantly in this fandom I will try to keep my arguments within the confines of the rulebook that our justice system has labored to perfect for so long.

The pregunta is of course "Is killing ever justified". It is a pregunta that raises it's head at least ones in any serious debate started at this club. The act of murder weather it is committed por one character o another always has it's defenders and prosecutors and both have strong arguments for there respective sides.

During this articulo I'm going to take some of the most popular cases and using my limited understanding of the law (with the assistance of legal-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com) as well as my más extensive study of the OUAT debates and discussions on this topic and act as judge.

I'm curious as to what it would've been like. However I don't think it would be better if they did it this way. I mean there would be a HUGE plot hole about Emma not noticing everyone else not aging, except her. But I thought I'd make my own version of what I think the first episode would've been like. I'm not going to be doing this with every episode because it would just be a big mess and it's not worth it. This is just for fun. It's only going to be mostrando things from the real world, not the fairy-tale world. Please let me know what tu think and don't take anything about this too seriously, it's just for fun.

It was a cold night in a small town in Maine called Storybrooke where the Mayor, Regina Mills, was waiting in her house impatiently. She had been lonely and wished to have a child to keep her company, a baby boy is what she desired. The Mayor had everything that a woman would want; beauty, intelligence, power, and was very wealthy. Well, almost everything, even with all of those things she had not a friend in the world, except for Sheriff Graham, and no one to keep her company on her lonely days.

This is another topic that seems to come up often on this spot. A good many people thing it was dumb of Regina to trust her mom and stupid of her to mourn her mom's passing. I just wanted to share my take on this issue. I'm not directing it at anyone person either, so I hope it doesn't come off like that to anyone. If it does, that's probably because some of my points are taken from comentarios I previously typed (because I'm a lazyarse.) :P

To start off I'd like to point out that was all alone until her mother came to Storybrook, she literally had no one, no one at all. And then finally someone comes and decides to care for her, of course she's going to jump on the offer. Sure her mother's confession might have gotten Emma and Henry back on her side but that's a 50/50 chance, where as her mother's amor and help was already there, she knew her mom was on her side. If tu were all alone would tu take a friendship offer tu knew was there o blow that change por going for something that was 50/50? It's only natural for someone who has been ostracized from society, for someone who has been give no amor at all, to quickly accept an opportunity to be loved. And the offer is...

This is an articulo I’ve been meaning to type for quite a while now. It’s about some of the double standards I see within the fandom in general (not just on fanpop but also on tumblr and even youtube). I plan on comparing Gina’s actions to Gold’s and the good side to the bad side in general. I’m going to try to do so from an unbiased perspective.

Part 1: oro & Gina
First off and probably the most widely debated is how it’s okay for oro to rip people’s hearts out and kill them but it’s not when Gina does it, o vice versa. So to start off I’ll compare two scenes; the one in which Gina rips Graham’s corazón out and crushes it because he broke her corazón to the scene where Rumple rips Milah’s corazón out and crushes it because she broke his heart. I can imagine everyone already sees the similarities. The actions and the motives are exactly the same. Graham cheated on Gina (so to speak) for Emma and Milah cheated on oro for Hook. So what do they both do; resort to magic and rip their ex’s corazón out and the ex dies in the arms of his/her new lover. But I observed the following reaction from the fandom; in regards to Gina killing...

I expect this will get quite a bit of criticism, so a disclaimer before I start: it is not my intention to bash Neal. I'm trying not to find reasons which aren't there and if I saying anything untrue, feel free to correct me. Please don't complain if I say things tu just don't like, but if I get something specifically canonically wrong, tell me so.

This post is me trying to articulate exactly why it is I'm not fond of Neal. I'm simply trying to just lay out what it is about him that irks me while being as objective and impartial as I can. Some of this post will overlap with other artículos and posts I've already put up, just a word of warning.

First off, the way he handled the breakup with Emma in Tallahassee really turned me off him. Neal had his reasons for what he did but I cannot overlook the extreme negative effects his actions had on Emma. A betrayal is still a betrayal, regardless of intent. He gave her up to the police because of what August dicho to him. August's exact words were [i]She has a destiny. And you... this life? You're going to keep her from it.[...] There's a curse ... and it needs to be broken. Emma, is the key. I was tasked with...

Did anyone else see the parallels between the compass in "Tallahassee" and the magic frijol, haba in "...And Straight On 'Til Morning"?

Both the frijol, haba and the compass are necessary tools to travel between the worlds and are a symbol of hope. Both items take a lot of hassle to procure - climbing the beanstalk and fighting the giant for the compass and growing and fighting Tamara and Greg for the bean.

In "Tallahassee" Emma has the compass and refuses to let Hook hold it before deciding to not to risk trusting him and chaining him up. She couldn't risk trusting him because she had to get back to Henry.

But in the season finale she physically puts the frijol, haba into Hook's hand and lets him open the portal to Neverland to rescue Henry. This time they're all taking the "hard path", she could have easily just thrown the frijol, haba herself but Emma's taking the hard path and choosing to trust him with her ability to get back to her son.

On the beanstalk Hook asks Emma to trust him and, with the bean, she finally does.

She is strong-willed, independent and smart. As we saw in Child of the Moon she is selfless: when she thought she would hurt más people she was willing to get killed. For some reason she is loyal to Snow and clearly a great friend. She has her funny moments and can make jokes about being a wolf. As people have seen villains have tragic backstories and I do feel sorry for them, but Ruby also had a tragic backstory and she is still a pure hearted girl. When the town was going crazy because David forgot about them, she kept them all calm and stood up to Regina. In 2x09 she was going to attempt to stop oro and Regina at the portal on her own, which is quite brave. She ALWAYS takes Henry for people who only go to her when they need something, and manages to keep him safe.
en general, general she is awesome and I amor her. Fist bump roar guys :P

1. Regina Mills

Anyone who has seen me on this spot probably knows that I amor Madam Mayor más than I probably actually should. :P And a few people probably want to know why. A while back I wrote an articulo on the matter, I've been meaning to re-type that so I'll do so here.

For one I amor the complexity and back story she gives to Disney's original Evil Queen. I like how Once took a character who tried to kill a girl simply for looking better than her and turned her into a character whose mother abused her (verbally for sure and implied physically) and killed her love. I like how she's not one dimensional; how she was once a really loving and innocent girl. How watching the light leave her enamorados eyes right in her arms twisted her from this innocent girl to the Evil queen we grew up lectura about.

That being dicho I think it's interesting that she managed to pin this on a little girl. Do I think it's right/okay, no I don't. But I do find it interesting. I feel that Regina just didn't have the corazón to blame it on her mother, a mother who was supposed to protect her. So what does this have to do with liking Gina? I see this as some...

Okay so I'm going to clear up what I think about certain ships on this show.

SWANFIRE:
In my opinion, the best couple on the show. They have some things in common and have such good chemistry. They admitted they amor each other in 2x21 and that's enough to prove their love. He was willing to fall through the portal so she could stay with Henry.

CAPTAIN SWAN:
Okay, so I really don't understand this Captain cisne shit. They don't have any chemistry, she betrayed him on the beanstalk, knocked him out after he stabbed Gold, pushed his (broken) ribs and punched him in 2x09. So where is the amor there? There clearly isn't any!

MULAN/PHILIP/AURORA:
mulan and Philip I like as companions, but not a couple. I wouldn't mind if Aurora ended up with Philip o mulan but I think Philip is her true love.

RUMPLE/CORA/BELLE:
I really hate Rumbelle. I have to admit it. Like someone put in another articulo Belle has Stockholm syndrome (read the articulo if tu want más reasons on why they're a terrible couple). I really like Cora with Rumple though. I loved the straw spinning scene, it was so sexy and passionate *cue "Ghost"...

When I see Hook in the show, he seems to have two different personas – Killian Jones and Captain Hook - which blend together to create a character which can actually be very difficult to get straight in my head. Killian Jones is arrogant, rude and sharp-tongued to the point of cruelty. He’s also hopelessly in love, prepared to die for his crew if need be and Valiente and proud in the face of death. Captain Hook is all this and yet completely different. He still has a razor-sharp tongue but his words are edged with not just cruelty but malice. He’s Killian with a whole lot más darkness at his core. Devastated por the loss of his beloved he closed off his corazón completely and makes avenging her his reason for living. Faced with death Hook would act according to the situation – if he had killed Rumplestiltskin then he would face death with open arms, having completed his life’s work he feels he now deserves a life with the women he failed to protect all those years ago. On the other hand, if he is facing death without getting his revenge he’s panicked because everything he’s done in the past three centuries has been a waste but más so because he is not yet worthy of...

This is my take on the SwanFire debate. This is just how I saw what the mostrar was portraying and then got really frustrated with Emma's personality glitch when it came to Neal.

First, Emma was absolutely scarred por what happened. It's why she lied to Henry about his father - she couldn't stand the thought of him finding out what his father had done to her. She made up a story about how his father was a hero who died saving lives.

All her life Emma was completely unloved. As far as she knew at the time she was abandoned as a baby on the side of the road - "[her] parents didn't even care enough to bring [her] to a hospital". She had a family until she was three, but then her adopted parents had a child of their own and "sent [her] back". After that was shunted from foster inicial to foster inicial until she aged out of the system at 16. She was sixteen years old and alone in a big city with no qualifications to speak of, no home, no friends o family. She was forced to steal if she wanted to live.

Everywhere tu look on the internet there's really strong opinions on these characters and the way they interacted with each other and who was in the wrong, who to blame etc. and I just want to lay out the situation how I see it.

Rumplestiltskin and Milah were married in a time when honor meant everything. Honor Before Reason and Honor Before Death were the tropes that society lived by. We saw this when Rumplestiltskin talked about how difficult his life was because of the cowardly actions of his father and how he was forced to live with that shadow. In this scene he had a wife who seemed to genuinely care about him, was concerned about how dangerous the front lines in the Ogre Wars were, and clearly didn't want him to go. She must have cared about him, at least a bit, to have married him when being married to the son of a coward would affect how difficult her life would be. The earliest scene we see Milah she's sweet, caring, concerned for her husband, and she married for her feelings rather than for wealth o prestige.

I amor Belle. I like that she's sweet, brave, willing to see the best in everyone and not afraid to say what she feels no matter what happens. She is the character that reminds me the most of myself. I like Rumple too mainly because of Robert Carlyle. Who can manage be both alluring and incredibly creepy even dressed as a sparkly imp. I've been a devoted fangirl since the Full Monty and OUAT has only encouraged that. However I can't support Rumbelle.

I know that the idea of seeing the best in someone and changing them for the better is very popular with most girls. I'll admit I've fallen for the "bad boy" o the "charming rouge" in libros and shows on más one occasion but some Rumbelle fans refusal to see that there is anything unhealthy about the relationship is frankly disturbing.

I've had fans say to me and to others:

"Rumbelle is not stockholm syndrome. It in no way fits the parameters of SS and to say that it does shows ignorance on your part. -- tu seem to be tossing around terms that you’ve heard places o heard other people use, with no bother researching what they mean."

Leroy catches a glimpse of "The Mermaid."
Leroy was sitting on a bench in the warm sunlight just about to eat his "Forest Salad" (Lettuce, Cucumber tomate & Cheese) when he discovered that his fork was gone....
He leant down to look if he had dropped it, but instead, heard twigs breaking and stood up to see where the noise had come from. Suddenly he caught a glimpse of a what looked like a pale, blue dress that hid behind a large, moss-covered rock. He ran towards the rock, but nothing was there except for some tiny footprints..."FOOTPRINTS! No one steals from a dwarf!!" Leroy bellowed. He continued to follow the human footprints along the playa and down to the waters edge. He put his hand up to his forehead to block out the blazing sun and scanned his squinting eyes along the beach, but could see no sign of the owner of the mysterious footprints.

Leroy then gave up and was about to return to the bench por the bahía when his brown, leather boots felt extremely heavy. He looked down and saw that he was standing in a "very" large pool of water. It had washed away most of the footprints he had seen earlier. The confused dwarf stood there wondering how these large pools of water ended up all along the...

Got board decided to write a little fanfiction. I did post this on fanfic.net too so if tu see it there, just know it wasn't stolen from me nor did I steal it from someone else.
This fanfic takes place sometime after Regina, Emma, and the others arrive in Neverland. It starts out after they managed to locate Peter Pan.

“Do tu want him back that badly? So badly enough that you’d be willing to do anything for to get him back?” Peter asked motioning to very displeased looking Henry.
“Yes. I’ll do anything tu ask exchange for my son’s seguro return.” Regina nodded.
“Anything at all?” Peter smirked.
“Yes.” Regina stared the boy straight in the eyes. “Anything.”
“Deliver the boy back to his real mother.” Peter ordered the lost Boys, rendering a scowl from Regina at the use of ‘real’. He turned to the woman. “As for tu my dear…”
********************************************************
“Go on get outta here.” One of the lost Boys dicho in a hush as he gave Henry a shove. With a final glance back—earning him an “I dicho go”—Henry made his way out of the underbrush.

The Best Character on the Show
Well... Probably all tu Tamara enamorados will hate me and this article. I don't know if some people are gonna get crazy, but here it is. (Once again, keep in mind that this is only my opinion)

1. I'll start off with the obvious one: She's a hypocrite. It’s ridiculous that Tamara used a magic frijol, haba to escape when all she’s been talking about is “magic is evil”. She hates magic, yet throughout the entire mostrar she's been using magic.

2. Not only is she constantly complaining about Emma, but she's in this relationship just for her interest and she's cheating on that poor Neal! Bitch, if tu wanna make someone believe you're in amor with him, at least do it WELL.

3. She's a very one-dimensional character/villain. I wish there was más to her than just, "I hate magic! MAGIC USER SCUM." Boring. Please give us some background on her so I can care.

4. When Tamara wins in a fight she's only victorious out of luck. She totally cheats. She uses a gun to shoot Neal to wound him, and afterwards uses the magic frijol, haba to suck Neal into the encantada Forest and leave Emma brokenhearted and sad. So both a hypocrite AND a cheater, eh?

6 biggest tropes the Zutara and cisne queen ships have in common.

1. Similarities

Katara and Zuko both..

- lost their mothers as a result of the war
- are master benders of their respective element.
- share a stubborn and temperamental attitude.

Gina and Emma both...

- share the same son
- had an unhappy childhood that left them jaded

cisne Queen: The List

Parallels

Emma/Regina parallels:

Both fell in amor as teenagers.
Both planned to run away with the people they loved.
Neither plan worked out. Instead, they both ended up alone and imprisoned.
Both lost their loves and were imprisoned because someone else decided it was best for them, without caring what they would choose.
Both found their first loves again, but had to let them go.
Regina had to let go of Daniel three times: The first when he was murdered, the segundo when Rumple, ballena and Jefferson fooled her into thinking he couldn’t be resurrected, and a third when he was resurrected long after she thought he was dead for good. The first two times, she let go because she had no choice. The final time, she chose to let go because she knew it was best. Emma has let go of Neal twice now: The first when he left her to take the fall for the watches, the segundo when he fell through the portal. Both times she had no choice, and now she...

Emma cisne drives a VW Beetle, as did John Locke.
There is a Geronimo Jackson sticker on Emma's car.
Henry Mills gets off the bus at Gate 4. It is also Room 4 Emma checks into at Granny's cama and Breakfast. This is one of the lost numbers.
Regina Mills and Henry live at house number 108.
The time on the clocktower in Storybrooke is frozen at 8:15. It is a reference to Oceanic flight 815.
The clock unfroze at 8:15, chimed at 8:16. Then the siguiente morning, Regina sees the clock at 8:23. 8, 15, 16 and 23 are all lost numbers.
There is a close-up of Emma's eye after she wakes up from the car crash. This is a recurring theme from Lost.

"ONCE UPON A TIME" - Relationship Mystery

Since the seventh episode of "ONCE UPON A TIME" called (1.07) "The corazón Is a Lonely Hunter" aired, many viewers have assumed that the relationship between the Evil queen aka Mayor Regina Mills and the Huntsman aka Sheriff Graham was one of rape. They believed that after ripping his corazón from his chest, Regina used it to force him into having sex with her. Ever since that episode aired, many have accused Regina of being a rapist.

I had believed this as well, until a few weeks ago. While lectura a Tumblr account, someone publicado an exchange between one of the show's producers, Adam Horowitz, and a fan. The latter accused Regina of not only using the Huntsman's corazón to have sex with him after she ordered her guards to take him to her bedchamber. The fan also accused Regina of using Graham's corazón of continuing their sexual affairs after the curse led them all to Storybrooke, Maine. Horowitz hinted otherwise in a Twitter exchange shown in the image below.

I've been meaning to do this for a long time and now I'm finally doing it. Once Upon A Time has a lot of really beautiful women. I believe these women are the true beauties of the mostrar and some need más appreciation for their looks. Please leave a comentario but keep in mind this is just my opinion.

10.Mulan
First of all I'm not a big fan of her as a character, she has the personality of sand paper, but she's really beautiful. She has such long beautiful hair, even though it's in a weird style for most of the time we see her. I just amor Asian eyes and her skin is lovely. She's such a natural beauty. However she's kind of a stiff beauty too and the others are más refined.

9.The Blue Fairy
I think she's absolutely beautiful. She's so classy looking and I amor the smarkles around her. She's also lovely in human form, maybe más so because she doesn't have those weird hair styles. She has beautiful hair and pretty hair. However she's not higher because her looks are kind of over the top.

I first wrote this articulo before (2.10) "The Cricket Game" from Season Two of "ONCE UPON A TIME" aired on January 6, 2013:

"HOW DO tu SOLVE A PROBLEM LIKE THE CHARMINGS?"

I will be the first to admit that I have become a diehard fan of ABC's "ONCE UPON A TIME". It was not easy for me. The concept of fairy tale characters existing in the modern world because of a magical curse really appealed to me. However, I had some difficulty in maintaining interest in the series, due to what I felt was the slow introductions of the major characters and slow pacing in the first half of Season One.

In the end, it took episodes like (1.11) "Fruit of the Poisonous Tree", (1.12) "Skin Deep", (1.15) "Red-Handed" and (1.18) "The Stable Boy" to maintain a strong interest in "ONCE UPON A TIME". por the time protagonist Emma cisne broke the curse (somewhat) in the first season finale, (1.22) "A Land Without Magic", I was a diehard fan. Then Season Two arrived and the series' hold on my interest continued. Some critics and fans have complained about the storylines and characterizations featured in the first half of Season Two....

One of the reasons I amor OUAT is because its basically just one really screwed up family. Nearly all the main characters are related in some way at this point. While I was putting together their family árbol I thought of something that would make it even better.

All we need is for two theories to be confirmed.

Theory #1: Eva and Cora are sisters. This would explain why Cora was so familiar with eva at her funeral.

Theory #2: Gina is Rumple's illegitimate daughter with Cora, unbeknownst to him. We know Rumps and Cora were in some sort of relationship so this isn't impossible.

We know so little about Cora at this point that its quite possible that one o both of these could be true and if they were the OUAT family árbol would be come a circle.
