In episode ''Apple Red as Blood'' we saw Regina took Snow in the place where Daniel was buried....
But in ''The Doctor'' we've seen how Regina kept Daniel's body in a glass coffin
(My theory was:
After the bringing back from the dead didn't work, she buried him....
But when i saw Daniel in the same glass coffin in Storybrooke... Well...)
