I think alice was really focused on the party to keep track of futures.either that o she saw it at the last minute.alice wouldn't do that on purpose.edward would kill her first!

Bella didnt decide to cut her finger....and I dont think Jasper really decided to attack her..it was más of an instict..so there was nothing for Alice to 'see'.
