We kick in at about the time were Gibbs is bringing in the box of stuff from the apartment.
Gibbs just walked in with the evidence Ari looks at him and says "you’re a lot older then I though". Gibbs see’s Kate tied to the autopsy table, half naked, and that she's crying, Gibbs asks if Kate is ok. But she doesn't answer he then damans that Ari tell him what he did to her, but then he notices something ducky isn't there "where's ducky!?" Gibbs yells at Ari. Ari chuckles "he's not in a lot of danger, u just have to find him before he runs out of air. I'm pretty sure Caitlin knows where he is, why don't tu tell him Caitlin." he knows that she is unable to speak because of the tape on her mouth. Ari takes the box from Gibbs, who looks worried about Kate. He rushes over to her to remove the tape "Kate, what did he do to u? Where's ducky?" she was silent, traumatized. But she had enough energy before she feel asleep from exhaustion to point with her eyes at the body cooler. He ran over to just barely save ducky’s life. As Gibbs is helping ducky out, he hears Kate moan Gibbs turns around to see Ari holding a gun to her head. Kate tries to get away but she was just so tired, Gibbs tried to get to her but something made a bang and Gibbs though Kate was shot as Ari through her to the flour. Smoke broke out two más shots fired Gibbs collapsed then Ari leans over to whisper in Kate’s ear "Now you belong to me, an only me Caitlin." she began to cry as one más final shot was fired. (Fade to Black)-(a few segundos later)-(come in on Tony leaning over Gibbs) Tony was standing over Gibbs as he awoke, the EMTs where taking Kate and Gerald to the hospital and ducky was talking to a FBI agent, while Abby stumbled over everyone to get to Kate.
It's the siguiente día Kate is back in her apartment sitting on the couch cry, she hears a knock and she tells them to go away, but then she hears a voice say "I'm not leaving till tu talk to me." it was ducky. She told him it was open, he came in. Ducky begged her to get help, because when she was at the hospital she didn't tell anyone what Ari did to her. Kate just began crying again and ducky dicho "I'm the only other person that knows what he did to you, I will not tell only if you get help. And if tu ever want to get justice, well, the thing is while you where knocked out Ari took a rape kit. It's not in the system but it could. tu don't have to do anything but get help that's all I really want tu to do. Please Kate please get some kind of help. Please" as ducky was getting up to leave she got up and went with him.
(Remember Kate is on crutches and her left arm is broken her face is beat up a little but she's still the Kate everyone knows and love)
Now there at ncis and when Kate gets of the elevator people turn, but they don't stare they begin to clap. She felt so relieved no one even stared at her like he thought. The director walked up to her and gave her an envelope, he told her to open it when she got home. As ducky left Gibbs came up to Kate and just gave her a nod. tu could hear Abby calling out as she ran up the stairs "Kate, Kate, Kate is it really you?!" Abby runs up to her and gives her a huge hug. Kate smiles Abby is looking so happy. Ducky comes back with the papers he hands Kate them Abby tries to see what it is but can't. Kate signs the papers and hands them back to ducky. Abby looks as if she wanted to ask but she didn't. Kate stands there for a moment and decides that the only thing to do was to work so she sat at her escritorio to do so. Gibbs looks at Kate but as if e understands, then we see McGee escorting a very handsome looking gentlemen. Kate looks up and smiles and says "now when did you get here" all excited like. Gibbs looks puzzled could this be her brother, until he leans over to give her a kiss not on the cheek Kate introduces him "this is Dwayne Michael, he is a doctor and my boy friend" she smiles hoping someone would say something fast. Dwayne looks at her leans over and whispers in her ear "you really should be home, let me take tu there". Kate tells him “I’m fine just where I am" he begs and pleads with her. Then finally she says "ok take me home I'm tired anyways". McGee, tony, and Gibbs wave goodbye as they leave.

He left and she began to feel depressed again, she went to the phone and called someone, she dicho to an unknown person, "hey, umm if your not to busy could u come over to my apartment?" (Long pause) "Ok see u soon". Kate hears a knock at the door and goes to answer it. Gerald walks in (remember Ari shot Gerald in the shoulder and he has lost all feeling in it). Kate asks "how are u feeling, are u in allot of pain?" Gerald only nods his and smiles as Kate motions him in to sit on the couch, he looks some what puzzled and asks "Kate, did HE do this to u?" she looks down with a look of remembrance (she flashes back to the night before, a moment she doesn't want to remember, the rape, all she can stand to look at was HIS face Ari Heswari, BASTURD). Gerald lifts up her chin with his index finger, and says "it's not your fault I got shot". She looks surprised, how does he not know all he things that Ari did before he first shot Gerard, then bunched her a few times, what the hell man. "What, no, that's not it at all have tu not heard? Ari, he, he RAPED ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" And of course she started to cry again. Once she settled down she and Gerald talk for what had seemed to be hours. Then a key is put in the lock, Dwayne walked in and Kate automatically said "this is Gerald one of my co-workers he was with me and ducky last night". She hesitated at the notion. Dwayne had an Ah Ha moment when he realized this was the friend Kate had dicho was shot por Ari. And of course Dwayne gets another page and had to leave, after he had, Gerald and Kate continued with there conversation. But Gerald noticed something about Kate, it looked as if she had a fever, her face was covered in sweat she looked flushed. Gerald felt her forehead and immediately went for the cocina to find something cold. Kate began to drowse off, she could barely hear Gerald when he dicho they had to go to the hospital, he was afraid she had an infection. Kate told him to have Dwayne paged at the hospital.
The ambulancia pulled up to the hospital doors as Dwayne comes out saying all sorts of medicals stuff. And Gerald explained what happened; Kate is rushed to the ICU because she was overheating. If they couldn't get her fever down she could die. While Dwayne is helping Kate, Gerald is sitting in the waiting room when he got a call it was ducky wondering where he was Gerald told him and ducky immediately hung up, then ducky went to go tell Abby who went berserk then told Gibbs, Tony, and McGee. They all went straight to the hospital, to see her.
Well of course Abby (of all people) got there first and she busted out in tears, Gibbs and Tony got there next, while McGee was parking the car. Abby started to babble as usual when she got to the nurses desk "you have to let me in, I’m not family but I like to think she considers me like her sister o something…" she continues to talk until Gibbs says "NCIS, we are here to see Caitlin Todd please mostrar us to her room". The nurse got up like nothing happened, Abby says "that's better" with the biggest smirk you've ever seen.
