Technically I stopped watching Bleach a long time ago, but I think Naruto is more powerful, even when Ichigo's in hollow mode/form/whatever. But yeah, I think Naruto in 9 Tails mode could pwn Ichigo's hollow ass.
Then again, maybe Ichigo has some new powers or something I haven't seen. I dunno.

Ichigo at his best was destroying hills with the shockwave from the collision of his sword and another's sword, he was also doing this casually btw. he was also tanking attacks on a similar level IIRC naruto has nothing on that.
