First off this is not the fanpopper of the year award, because there are different rules and also has to do with different things.

1. When you choice your vote, vote for someone who might be a little rough on others but still takes care of the people on this spot. Vote for someone who is genuine and worries about the spot like a mother{father} would.

2. DO NOT VOTE FOR YOUR FRIENDS! of course this doesnt count if you really think they deserve it but dont vote for them just because there your closists 'homie'

3. Vote for the person who has the greatest influnce on users. Mainly newer ones, just like a mom or papa would to there kids.
