can someone fly out through there car window with o without there sit cinturón, correa just like in cine o is it fake?

If tu aren't wearing a asiento cinturón, correa tu are going to keep moving and the wind shield doesn't have have enough stopping power. If tu are wearing a asiento cinturón, correa (depending on the velocity of the vehicle) it will absorb the energy and tu will stop moving forward.
