Limewire - Is it really as great as it seems?

I'm not going to lie. For some people (me included) música is life! And as soon as I started High School and go my first mp3 player, it came to my attention that a lot of people use a website called Limewire to download free music. So, I tried it.

Five months later, my computer crashed!

Why?

Once we got our computer back, they diagnosed that Limewire itself was the problem. It doesn't matter if tu just download one song, it still puts viruses into the computer! The man who fixed it dicho our best bet was to just buy the dollar one from itunes o find another website to download them from. But google the website and see if it has any reports of spyware first. Here are a few websites I use that are really good and don't have viruses.

SMACkedHuddy Do NOT EVER load from p2p-networks, they're gonna get you. And then you'll have to pay or -worst case scenario- you'll get sued.

cassie-1-2-3 You won'T get sued if you turn your file sharing off. The illegal part is providing music for people to download for free. Not the actual downloading. But yeah, not everything on Limewire is safe. it's almost impossible to tell what's okay.

SMACkedHuddy There are programs where it's impossible to turn file sharing off. Don't know about LimeWire (haven't used that in years).
