A lot of people have been asked this, and they all gave different answers. The greatest rock band is really a matter of opinion. I really don't like being asked this question, because I'm always told I can only pick one, and for me, it's a tie between two, The Beatles and Red Hot Chili Peppers. Anyway, I'm going to place the greatest rock bands in terms of big sound, vocals, guitar, bass, drums, and lyrics.
The greatest rock band in terms of big sound is ZZ Top. ZZ parte superior, arriba is a very underrated band. I talked to someone who had seen them live. He said, "They produce a bigger sound than any band." Might I also add awesome beards!
