Close second: This is Spinal Tap

It's hard to pick against Monty Python and any Mel Brooks film...but Airplane! cracks me up in ways I can't express with words :)

So many qoutes from this movie still haunt me in my sleep. (It made sense in my mind.)

Monty Python is a frighteningly close second.

Cary Elwes is just so great. The Holy Grail would definitely be second.

Among my senior high school classmates, we could tell who would go on to college by whether they had seen this film or not.
