MZ has learned Dr. Conrad Murray will go about his normal business -- seeing patients -- on the anniversary of Michael Jackson's death.
We're told Murray will not visit MJ's mausoleum Friday, because it will cause a scene. He will, we're told, pay his respects around that time, when no one is there.
Miranda Sevcik, the PR rep for Murray's lawyer, Ed Chernoff, tells TMZ, "Dr. Murray will be mourning privately. He doesn't want to distract people por reminding them of Michael's death. He'd rather people remember his friend, Michael Jackson, as he was in life

Dr. Conrad Murray had requested lifesaving equipment and back-up help for Michael Jackson from the promoter of the Londres concerts -- AEG -- but the company never came through, according to a new complaint filed por Joe Jackson.
TMZ broke the story -- Joe was gunning for AEG por filing complaints with the California Medical Board and another agency, alleging the concierto promoter abused Jackson in a way that led to his death -- and he's just filed with the Medical Board.
Joe claims days before Jackson's death Murray had requested a corazón resuscitation machine and a nurse in several e-mails making the request, but AEG never provided it.
According to the complaint, Joe is accusing AEG of co-opting Murray's medical judgment por enticing him with a huge salary -- in effect engaging in the "unlawful practice of corporate medicine."
Besides the CPR machine, Murray also asked for saline, catheters, needles and a gurney.
AEG and Murray had no comment.

like your charm, your face,
just everything.
But the thing I think of the most
is that smile of yours.
Everytime I see it,
my corazón skips a beat
and my thoughts get lost in it.
Your smile gives me butterflys in my stomach.
Your smile makes ángeles sing, a song that fills the streets.
Without that smile,
there is no joy in this world.
No one can replace it.
There is no mistake that when tu smile,
that wonderful, beautiful smile,
the world turns into a better place.

The Michael Jackson estate just laid the tortazo down on a bunch of Michael Jackson wannabes -- all over access to Neverland.
The wannabes are actually in a Michael Jackson tribute band named "Neverland" -- a name the MJ estate feels is a violation of its trademark.
Long story short -- the MJ estate wrote a scary legal letter demanding the band change its name ... and it did ... to Foreverland.
Here's the catch -- "Foreverland" still owns the rights to the domain name neverlandsf.com -- and its willing to give it back to Camp Jackson ... for a cool $30,000.
In short, the Jackson estate told the band to "beat it" -- and gave them until February 2011 to begin forwarding all web traffic to the new foreverlandsf.com ... o else.
The band tells us they're currently going over their options.
"Lawyers from the Jackson estate have forced us to change our name."

Then Happy came one day, chased my blues away
My life began when Happy smiled
Sweet, like dulces to a child
Stay here and amor me just a while
Let sadness see what Happy does
Let Happy be where Sadness was
Happy, that's you
tu made my life brand new
lost as a little lam was I, till tu came in
My life began when Happy smiled
Sweet, like dulces to a child
Stay here and amor me just a while
Let sadness see what Happy does
Let Happy be where Sadness was
(Till now)
Where have I been?
What lifetime was I in?
Suspended between time and space
Lonely until Happy came smiling up at me
Sadness had no choice but to flee
I dicho a prayer so silently
Let Sadness see what Happy does
Let Happy be where Sadness was
Till now
Happy, yeah yeah
Happy, oehoe happy
happy oh yeah Happy
[fade out]
