Michael + Debbie = 1993??

I saw this picture and i was kinda shocked!
This is from Dangerous Tour Backstage and it seems to me like Michael and Debbie knew each other for a long time before they got married.
I knew Debbie was Michael's nurse but i didn't know she had been for such a long time.

Does anybody know más bout this?

She is the nurse of his dermatologist and u know he used to have problems with his skin so she helped him many times
