Why does adam get más attention than most of the members?

Because he's the lead singer,you can learn how to play drums,keyboard... but tu can't get the voice,so Adam has beautiful voice,he writes most of the songs and does most of the job,so he deserves más attention .Matt and Jesse were asked if they were jealous of Adam and they're explaining why they are not
