Just tell him hes moving too fast and take your relationship to a slower pace.

b. ask him nicely

I would say that the rest of the stuff is okay, depending how comfortable tu are and what tu want & what tu like -slowing down would have been fine BUT he already dicho "I amor you" tooo fast sooo fast like what tu said, that is a BAD-BAD sign, I know from experiences... and I ignored [I just smiled and did not say it back for a good while... still no good. No. Time & time again-NOT good].

tu don't have to dislike him o be mean, and heck, if tu wanna go out on a fecha with him now & then... but he is a certain kinda guy (though I hate labels) clingy o just wanting in your pants/wanting something... o SOMETHING is wrong.

He may have strong feelings for tu and be way crush'n but he doesn't know tu enough to amor tu and even if it was amor at first sight - a guy should know not to say that & just throw it out there... he could wait. No, something is wrong o wrong with him.
