I'm so confused

There is a certain actor that I have been in amor with for nearly 10 months now. He is beautiful and everything, but sometimes he can say harsh things that may offend people. His latest review on a new tv mostrar has made a lot of people upset and are hating on him even more. I'm confused, should I still be a fan of this guy and contiune to like him, o just take a little break? I know this sounds stupid but I really need some help.
