How can i get through this?

Almost a año hace I met a girl online.. And we became the bestest of friends. por December we realized we actually like eachother.. so.. we started to date. And I know everybody thinks "Online/long distant relationships never work." Well this was something special.. We actually loved eachother. We knew everything about eachother. we talked ALL the time.. at least every moment we both could talk. And everything just seemed perfect. But her family does not think texting someone tu haven't met and dating them isn't right.. And they are religous. And they would never let her be with someone like me because I am not.. And they never knew about me.. But all the sudden she realized that she wants to be closer to God.. And because in the bible it says to obey your parents.. She had to leave me. Because they would probably even disown her if they found out.. It just REALLY hurts because we had something really special. :( And I thought I was actually going to marry this girl.. And then this? She says we can still talk sometimes.. but we can't text o talk like we used to. I know its over.. But I just need help to how I can get over this. Because she meant everything to me..
