If you would have told me back in season 2 that the crazy guy from the hatch would be running the show at the end, I would have thought you were crazy.

The man we saw in season 1 and the man-ready-to-sacrifice-his-live-over-his-d­est­iny in a whole different person.From man of science he bacame a man of faith!

He changed from Man of Science to Man of Faith, besides He's de facto the most important character and that's why creators developed Him so much.

Sawyer was the con man in the first season. He finally found himself and became James.
Jack also developed a lot!

Lost was his story so of course he'll be the most developed.

Jack would be my first choice, but since he's getting the most votes, I'm going for Jin.

I must admit that I absolutely hated Jin at the beginning. The way he treated Sun was just awful. So to see him in these last few seasons, being so different with her (and everyone in general) is awesome.

Third choice would be Sawyer, then Des.

He is the main hero in LOST - "Lost was his story" -YES! (Sorry, all Sawyer-lovers! Though I love Sawyer very much,too.)

i think one of the greatest themes of the show was character growth and development. each and every character changed throughout the time they spent on the island. from day 1 to their last they were all different. but jack is like the opitimy of that cuz i really think LOST was Jack's story, it was about soo many things, but at the center of it, it was Jack. from hard core man of science always trying to fight fate, but in the end he was a man of faith, who late nature take its course. i would have never guessed that for him when i saw the pilot.
