Why doesn't being bullied in school effect Liam when he performs? Wouldn't be be scared of public humiliation?

1- he's a guy they get over things
2- it shows bully's that he's strong
3- it says that the bully's will say omg I bullied him
4- he has shown then that he's better than them!

I don't think it was bad as all that. He probably got teased for being smaller than the other kids, o just being quiet o shy. Bullies only pick on those they think won't fight back, they won't go after bigger, o outgoing types. And besides, didn't Liam learn to fight back? So I'm sure He's got passed it.
