I actually agree with you...Peyton's hair was hideous!! and I honestly never imagined high school LP talking about having kids and how good mom Peyton would be...even though Im sure they both wanted to be together forever in s4 whey werent at that stage of the relationship where they could be talking about that. They were talking like the mature LP they were in season 6.

Mark failed on those flashbacks yes but for half of people who comes here dont think he failed about LP! Save those kind of comments and be a little bit more respectful, this is not the BL spot if you havent notice.

Well only a bit, the whole "uuuu let's have kids, you'll be the best mom ever blablabla" thing, was a weird.
But the scene as a whole was kind of cute :)

Certain parts of those flashbacks annoyed me. Peyton's hair was hideous, yes... but I'm not going to base my entire opinion about those flashbacks in general on something as simple as a bad wig. I can look past that, and appreciate what the flashbacks were really meant to show, and appreciate the meaning of them.

I didn't like the scene of them driving in the car, either (the scene where he smacks her ass). The acting and writing just felt awkward.

...But other than that, I loved them! The ending scene was <333

I guess it's also just the fact that it came off as you mocking their "epic love story" title, with your little ~epic love story~ couple quote. We're not defensive or bitching you out, that comment of yours just gives the impression that you ARE trying to start something, or atleast mocking LP. But if you're not, fine.

Ehh. It's what he's called him. It wasn't my intention to mock LP so much as Mark (how can you not hate him after making a carbon copy of LP out of BJu? Just wondering) but you can interpret it however you wish.

bad wig or no bad wig, the flashbacks themselves were still very sweet :) and I actually can see LP having convos like that in season 4. the timeline may not seem ideal, with it supposedly being right after the season 4 finale... but I think in general at that stage of their relationship they were serious and mature enough to have a conversation like that

Oh I do hate Mark, for many reasons lol. But one thing that I do love him for is LP. Him copying them when writing BJu I think just says something bad about BJu, and their story as a couple. It doesn't affect my opinion on how Mark wrote or handled LP. If that makes sense lol

For me in shows I HATE whenever there is a flashback to like "an epic moment" or scene that was supposed to have existed. It bothers me so much. I mean why can't they just flash back to the real scene, because honestly they're just making it up then, it's not in their history. It just bothers me.

Lost is a different story though. Lost is the only show that i can deal with this.
